This is a plain-language summary for the Earbowe content site and API product pages. It is not a substitute for formal legal counsel if you need a full enterprise policy.

What this covers

• The public content site (blog, docs, marketing pages)
• The API console and gateway at api.earbowe.com (and China direct host)

Information we process

• Account data you submit when registering or contacting us (e.g. email)
• API usage metadata needed for authentication, rate limits, billing, and abuse prevention
• Technical logs such as request timestamps, status codes, and approximate client network information

We do not ask for content you send to models beyond what is required to provide the API service. Upstream model providers may process prompts according to their own policies when you call models through the gateway.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure or payment processors strictly to operate the service, or when required by law.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. No online service is perfectly secure; protect your API keys and rotate them if leaked.
